Hades has two seasons associated with, one of them being winter. With winter being a drying season, some of the most hydrating components for a butter hence the aloe, coca and hemp butter. Then, as another nod to Persephone, pomegranate seed oil is used. And finally, for the scents, to keep the wintery theme, pomegranate, vanilla, mint and pine are all combined together.
